P lacing Orders
After receiving your order we will email you to confirm personalization elements. Please reply to indicate your approval. If there are any errors or changes, please call or email us as soon as possible. Production will not begin until personalization has been confirmed and payment has been processed. If, for any reason, you decide to cancel after production of the piece has begun, we will charge a 20% cancellation fee to cover production costs. We are more than happy to work with you on any individualized design and encourage you, particularly with the Roman disk, to call us to discuss.

Sales Tax
NY state & local sales tax of 8.375% will be applied to all purchases that are shipped to CA, FL and NY.

Shipping Method and Charges:
All pieces, with the exception of the roman disk and bangles, will be shipped within 10 business days, unless you are otherwise notified. Roman disks and bangles will be shipped within 3-5 weeks, unless otherwise notified (although we will make every effort to ship them sooner). All orders within the United States & Canada will be shipped by UPS ground. For your protection we require that an adult sign for the package. Average shipping costs are listed below. The exact price is based on the shipping address and shipping weight and is calculated at the time of shipping. At this time we do not ship to Europe or other continents.

Repair Policy:
contact liv&fig for repairs. Charges may apply. You will be notified of any charges prior to the beginning of any work.

Return Policy:
Pieces customized with hand inscription or combinations of birthstone gems (roman disk, dog tags, large gold nugget) may not be returned. Other pieces may be returned within 10 days from the date received, for full refund excluding shipping charges. Please contact liv&fig prior to sending the item back. For your protection, please send all returns insured, signature required, via UPS or USPS in a hard box. You will be notified by email once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after item has been received.
